The brand allows experienced restaurant professionals and savvy business entrepreneurs to expand into the booming breakfast, brunch and lunch category of the dining industry. This location is he first Toasted Yolk restaurant in Alabama and the first to open outside the state of Texas. “I want to create jobs for local people, especially after such a horrid year,” said Parker. “This will be the first location outside of Texas for the brand, and I think with this brand concept we will really thrive in the Dothan market. I’m hoping to create a restaurant with quality employees and quality food, and to ultimately open five to six more locations over the next few years.”
